Alignment in the Halter
3 Weeks

Teaching young horses how to respond and respect halter pressure as well as not over reacting to pressure or movement. Each horse will build confidence in humans as their leader and will follow your suggestions. Good habits will be established and you'll have a young horse that is well behaved and ready for colt starting in the future with much less resistance and fear.

Colts in Alignment
4 Weeks


The first 4 weeks of your horses riding career are by far the most important of his entire career. What they learn first, they learn best. Set your young horse up for success and invest in their foundation that will last a lifetime. Regardless of where their career takes them, they will have the mindset, miles under their feet and the maneuvers to be prepared for any discipline. They will experience the following:

This program is for horses that have completed the above Program 28. If you have aspirations to show your horse or just want more of an ingrained foundation with more advanced maneuvers, this would be the next step for them.

Foundational Alignment
6 Weeks



If you plan to send your horse for training and then continue his training program at home at your leisure, then Program 42 will set you up for success. Your horse will cover all the exercises in Program 28 in additional to getting exposure to riding outside and desensitizing.
